Trailblazer Live Showcase Finals - Day One at Bradford Nightrain 14-03-2025

It's Day One of the Upstaged Trailblazer Live Showcase Finals Weekend and five amazing bands from around the UK are getting ready to perform at The Nightrain in Bradford. The bands will be performing to win the votes of the crowd and have the chance to open up the main stage at Call Of The Wild Festival 2025! with 4 more lucky bands who impress the Upstaged! team enough to get the amazing chance to take the remaining spots on the Trailblazer stage.
Votes for the weekend performances consist of the following categories;
Overall Performance
Songwriting
Musicianship
Connection With The Audience
Votes are scored out of 5 for each of the above categories and added together for an overall score out of 20! Each band will be given 25 minutes for their set with tonight's lineup featuring The Soul Revival, Jeanicelee, The Dead List, Greyfox Conspiracy, and Poole Vigilantes.
The Soul Revival
Starting tonight off with our first band The Soul Revival. The Powerhouse Heavy Rock band came out full of energy and passion and caught the crowd's attention from the moment they started playing to the moment they finished I highly enjoyed watching them and would highly recommend catching them at any of their live performances. The Soul Revival has just released a brand new single 'Outlaw' why not give it a listen and see what you think!
Jeanicelee
Next up on the stage all the way from Edinburgh is Jeanicelee. The Beautiful and talented vocal range from Janice flows amazingly even if they did have technical difficulties on stage they played and brilliant show with there increable skills and they where fun and left you wanting even more from there progressive elements and modern melodic sound! Jeanicelee are currently writing there newest album but why not check out 'Urban Legends' In the meantime.
The Dead List
We enter are half way mark of the Trailblazer evening which brings in to the spotlight groove metal band from staffordshire The Dead List. The heavest band on this evenings line up perform a increably set! The Dead List knew how to perform to the crowd and even climb in to the crowd during their set making the entire room there stage even if it was only for a short period. I could quiet easily watch them perform over and over again! Have a listen to there raw and heavy sound with there single 'Never Apologise'
Greyfox Conspiracy
We are now joining up with South Wales very own southern rock band Greyfox Conspiracy. The five peice puts in an show stopper of a preformance with their strong tallent and brillant on stage personalitys which shine through their set. Even with the wireless mic failing during there set lead vocalist Greyfox Growls didn't miss a beat and swiftly swapped mic's which most of the auidence didn't notice as they swifty moved throughout there fast set! And we arrive at our final showcase performance of the Trailblazer evening
Poole Vigilantes
From the South Of England Hard and Heavy Rock band Poole Vigilantes. Coming out to perform as one of the happiest rock bands I have ever seen. You can see the passion and just the shire joy they have to perform in front of a crowd. There rock style sound flows throughout there entire live show and really capture the crowd with there set making it a perfect finalist for tonights showcase!
And with that the first day of Trailblazer comes to a end. All 5 of the amazing talented bands who performed tonight showcased to the best of there abilities with another 8 bands still to perform for Day two its gonna be tought to beat!
Come back for Day Two which will feature Eld Varg, Yaki Dah, The Breathing Method, Sydney Fate, Not Now Norman, Silk Spinster, Rockabye Reaper, and To Nowhere. With a Special feature performance from Moskito and where the winner of Trailblazers 2025 will be annouced.
