Meet the bands playing Amplified Festival 2025

With a month to go until some of the most brutal up-and-coming metal bands take over The Corporation in Sheffield for Amplified 2025, let's take a look at all 13 bands who are coming to take over the 2-stage day festival line-up

From Tyranny

From Tyranny is a 5-piece Metalcore band from Scotland. Having formed in 2017, they have established themselves as a strong force in Scotland with their cinematic Metalcore sounds. They are set to take over the festival scene.

Within Reach

Coming in from London & Essex is Within Reach. The 5-piece is part of the modern metalcore movement, which is shaping the new generation of music. The band's high-energy and fast-paced performances will leave you wanting more!

Asleep At The Helm

Manchester, UK's very own Asleep At The Helm are joining the lineup to showcase their Heavy Metal with a side of subgenres. Asleep At The Helm formed in 2018, showcasing a powerful understanding of fierce aggression laced with soaring melodies. Check out Photosynthetic below!

Pulse

Pulse is one of the Nu-Metalcore bands on this year's lineup. Their blend of softer and heavier styles has followed Pluse around, giving both a classic and modern style. Check them out live from Nottingham, performing 'Sanity'

Waterlines

Are you ready to experience a party in the form of room splits, Daisy Chains, and Heckling from the north? Whether you said yes or no to that question, get ready for Waterlines! The Nu-Metalcore/EDM style band has been taking over since 2022. Having featured on Bloodstock's line-up this year, you'd better be ready for a party in the corporation!

Djinova

Four-piece Death Metal/deathcore Djinova hailing from the Midlands. The band, which are no stranger's to the festival scene, has been dominating the scene, wielding a potent mix of complex riffs, odd time signatures, along brutal breakdowns. These guys aren't ones to miss!

InRetrospect

Leeds-based Nu-Metal inspired InRetrospect are bringing their high-energy and powerful set. Having carved themselves a small section of the industry out with their rap and metal-infused sound, having released their EP Aggro back in 2024, InRetrospect have been taking over the UK and Europe. InRetrospect, have been picked up can be heard on BBC One Radio, and Kerrang!

Swarm6ix

Providing a safe space within their music is Swarm6ix. Their unique blend of Heavy Trap and Metal music gives and outlit for many of their fans. The band has their red-beamed set to set the mood for their setlist. This is a band for the anti-social, dormant, and introverted on the surface

Cober Mouth

NU-Metal/Metalcore band Cober Mouth is a force to be seen. Having formed in 2019, the Bristol-based band (but with a heart of Cornish), Cober Mouth, fuel their sets with a healthy dose of energy and comic relief.

Seething Akira

Award-winning Southcoast band Seething Akira is known for the infusion of metal, electronic dance, and Drum & Bass sound. Accompanied by shredding guitars with commanding vocals. Tearing up venues around the UK since 2012. Seething Akira is a perfect addition to this year's festival.

Continents

High energy performance band Continents was formed back in 2012. The band has taken the world by storm, performing in the UK, Europe, and Japan. Continents were also spotlighted in Knotfest feature, and with articles in Metal Hammer, they are worth checking out!

Red Method

Front runners on the Independent music scene, Red Method, are set to bring their high-energy, theatrical, big groove music to the Corporation in Sheffield. Having graced the stages of Bloodstock festival and multiple pages in Kerrang! This is a set not to be missed!

Confessions Of A Traitor

Stepping in as this year's headliner is this year's London-based Confessions Of A Traitor. The band wears their hearts on their sleeves with high energy and powerful sound, bringing in the closeness, which just ties off the perfect festival line-up.
