Love Rarely - Mould/Whiplash Rock Love Rarely realizes a double single for 'Mould' and 'Whiplash'. Produced, Mixed, and Mastered by Lew Taylor. The Five Piece from Leeds has released their new singles under Big Scary Monsters the independent label. 9. Kite Thief - Judge Judy & Executioner Alternative Pop, Metal Kite Theif from Bristol is an up-and-coming band to watch! Having supported InRretrospect In Leeds recently. The band has just been announced for the Call Of The Wild Festival in 2025. Their debut album ' AMBIVIOLENT’ is out now via Year Of The Rat Records 10. Ska-Punk Band Less Than Jake has just released a new ep titled " Brand New Day " via Pure Noise Records Also a brand new video for the song "Brand New Day" alongside the already released single "Not My Problem". The two songs make up half of the limited edition 700 worldwide 7-inch vinyl which is available for pre-order here (Did we also mention they come with an exclusive Sticker sheet?!) Less Than Jake also debuted the initial pieces of the treasure map earlier in the summer which are still available to purchase here . This includes the singles "Walking Pipebomb" and "Broken Words". Having just been announced for Slam Dunk Festival 2025 Less Than Jake will be touring throughout the rest of 2024 having just finished the Europen tour and returning to the States for the Final Visit To Rockview Tour as well as traveling to Australia later on this fall. Having a sold-out show at Leeds Beckett University tonight is The Plot In You, on their UK and Europe tour with support from Acres and Invent Animate.  Acres On First is post-hardcore band Acres  comes out in force and warms the crowd with intense power and passion getting the crowd into a warmed-up state. The statement piece jacket worn by frontman Ben Lumbers is a stunning piece reflecting on the band's song ' Lost ' . Throughout the entire set, it was entertaining, and powerful and left you wanting more. Having personally seen Acres support twice this year I am excited to see them on a headline tour soon! The entire set just flowed together with the perfect sound. Invent Animate The main support tonight comes from Texas's own Invent Animate . Another crowd favourite for this evening. The band was loud and entertaining, and it was just a perfect blend. It fitted well into the lineup. Kicking off the set with Sleepless Deathbed the band sounded specular with the crowd singing back every song and moving along to the songs. Setlist for Invent Animate Sleepless Deathbed Shade Astray False Meridian How We Used To Say Goodbye Purity Weeps Heavener Without a Whisper Immolation of Night The Plot in You The Plot in You comes out in style entering onto the stage with the cover of a white drop sheet and a red canon going off. The Plot in you kicked off the set with ' Don't Look Away ' the band's newest single and what a strong start to the show! The audience sang back every word and the pits opened! Lead singer Landon Tewer's commands of crowd surfers kept everyone on their toes. Even before the song began fans flooded over into the pits. The entire band fits together so well and you can see the passion they present onstage. Other songs of the evening included the 2024 realised ' Closure ', ' All That I Can Give ' and ' Feel Nothing ' Every single fan sang out their hearts in the packed room and the blend of pure talent from The Plot In You just made the night even more special. This Week on Top 10 Songs Of The Week is our first festival special on the announcement of Slam Dunk Festival 2025 which has just been published let's take this week's top 10 songs of the week to check out who we are going to be watching next year! 1 Neck Deep - Wish You Were Here Pop-Punk After a fantastic double set at Leeds & Reading festival in 2024 Neck Deep are set to make there 4th festival appearance next year. Having realised their self titled album ' Neck Deep ' Earlier this year the band have made a strong festival arounds this year following with A North American Tour and Europe tour this year before coming back to the Uk run of the ' The Dumbtruck, DumbF!ck ' tour in 2025 2, Mouth Culture - 15 Missed Calls Alternative, Indie, Rock This will be the first time the band will be at the Festival. Having Just been announced as tour support for You Me At Six tour ( The Final Night Of Six ) in Europe. The Band have also just realised the new ep date 'Whatever The Weather' and First song of the album ' Dead In Love '. The band from Brighton Uk make the announcement of them being back the night before the announcement on social media. 4, Zebrahead - All My Friends Are Nobodies Punk-Rock, Pop-punk, Rap Rock, Rapcore Zebrahead are back for 2025 which will be the bands 9th time playing the festival! From California Usa the band have been around since 1997 and are a festival favourite! 5, New Found Glory - My Friends Over You Pop-Punk, Punk Rock, Alternative Rock, Melodic Hardcore Recently celebrating the 20th anniversary of Catalyst New found Glory are set to return to Slam Dunk Festival in 2025 for their forth slam dunk appearance. Currently on tour around America. The Band from Coral Springs, Florida aren't stopping any time soon! 6, Dream State - Day Seeker Post-hardcore, Alternative, Rock, Metalcore The Welsh band from South Wales will be performing at Slam Dunk Festival for the second time after first performing in 2018. 7, Delilah Bon - I Wish A Bitch Would Punk, Rap, Hip Hop, Grunge With the await of her brand new album ' Evil, Hate filled Female ' Delilah Bon from Barnsley In Yorkshire will be at the Festival for the first time! 8, Electric Call Boy - We Got The Moves Electronicore, Metal. Electric Call Boy returning stronger then ever to Slam Dunk 2025 having performed at the festival in 2022 it will be the second festival appearance at the festival. Having a fantastic year and teaming up with Baby Metal to produce ' ratatata ' we are extremely Hyped to see them perform again! 9, A Day To Remember - If It Means A Lot To You Metalcore, Pop-Rock, Post-Hardcore, Alternative Rock The Headliners of 2025 A Day To Remember are taking main state for their first ever Slam Dunk appearance. Having just realised their brand new single Feedback the band will be touring in America This year. 10, Hit The Lights - Fucked Up Kids Pop, Rock, Alternative The American Pop/Rock Band has been around since 2003. Soulfly has taken over The Key Club In Leeds tonight. Max Cavalera (Former frontman of Sepultura and frontman of Cavalera Conspiracy ), Alongside Zyon Cavalera, and Mike Leon fill the sold-out venue. Fand pilling in, throwing up the rock hands, and starting moshpits. Truely the hot and sticky venue fitted alongside the crowd. Everything about this show was heavy, dark, loud, and Just perfect. The venue was packed out and everyone singing words back or just being packed in ready for the evening performance. On Stage, Soulfly sounded spectacular everything flowed and was exactly how you would expect a Thrash Metal show to be! Stonedead Festival 2025 is about to sell out! The festival which is held in the Newark Showgrounds on the 23rd of August 2025 is due to sell it's final 100 tickets for 2025. The festival held these tickets back for the chance for people waiting for payday to have the opportunity to get one. Steel Paws Festival will be raising money for the cats and dogs in The Rain Rescue as stated on the website " Every penny of our profits after costs go directly to Rain Rescue!" Warwick Castle is hosting a summer filled of live music and we got the amazing opportunity to visit the site to photograph Elvana with McFly and The Hoosiers Check out our review and photos below! Elvana (Elvis Fronted Nirvana Tribute) The fun and makes you feel good band Elvana take to the stage! Having just performed at Liquid Death Presents Download Festival , I couldn't think of a better opener! Elvana got the crowd going and make the start of the evening a success! Even Elvis getting in to the crowd multiple times before going for a walk around the Warwick Castle grounds! if you haven't seen Elvana before I highly recommend it! Anybody who has been following my photography adventures this past couple of months knows my love for Elvana. Frist seeing them at Download Festival 2023 and seeing them back at the O2 Academy Leeds earlier in the year I couldn't pass up the chance to see them open for McFly at Warwick Castle and they were absolutely Brilliant! The Hoosiers The main support of this evenings show coming from The Hoosiers , Had the crowd up and partying the crowd where in awe and singing word for word back to the band! the bright pink led back screen to there white stage outfits really stood out and I loved watching them perform McFly The Main Attraction of the evening with fans that have grown up with the band to the new commers who first time seeing them McFly take to the stage! On this extremely warm Friday evening you see everyone jumping and dancing along to the band on stage. Playing a range of classic hits to new songs, You can feel the love that this band has. With it coming up to there 21st birthday party shows there is no stopping McFly.
